Bet you didn't realize how important having a hobby is? This week Ashley encourages you to discover you, by taking the time to discover the things you love. Self-discovery is a life long journey because with each passing second we change. At this very moment, you are already not who you were yesterday. Trying new activities, and rediscovery old hobbies, brings such happiness, and wonder. Those moments are not to be merely the cherry on top of a decadent life you rarely give yourselves the chance to enjoy, but a main ingredient in living a full life. Enjoy this episode!
